President & COO
Mr. Pulver is an Executive with over 17 years of experience in a variety of Industry and Consulting roles, with a unique combination of skills in business unit leadership, strategy and operations consulting, business development and entrepreneurial ventures.
Prior to helping start IME, Mr. Pulver served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Strategy for Hagemeyer North America (a $1.8B North American division of Sonepar, a $15 B global safety, electrical and industrial distributor). In this capacity he had financial and strategic responsibility for all three of Hagemeyer’s product segments (Safety, Electrical and Industrial) covering 41 product categories, 300K+ SKUs, $900M+ in sales and $120M+ in inventory. Mr. Pulver was one of seven Executive staff members reporting to the North American CEO, and in that role he led key initiatives in market expansion, category development, product assortment, procurement, marketing, promotions, inventory mgmt, pricing, private label development, and supplier relations. Prior to this role, Mr. Pulver served as Vice President of Industrial Products for Hagemeyer North America – representing over $300M in sales.
Mr. Pulver also has over 10 years of experience as a management consultant, advising Fortune 500 companies on a host of operational and strategic issues facing their businesses. As a consultant, he served clients in a variety of industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Healthcare, Retail, Safety Product Manufacturing, Industrial Distribution, Telecommunications, Real Estate, and Financial Services. After leaving Deloitte Consulting in 2003, Mr. Pulver helped launch a start-up, venture capital-backed Management Consulting firm. He helped build the company infrastructure, outlined growth and revenue plans, setup the recruiting operation, created and delivered new hire training program.
Mr. Pulver has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Vice President Product Development
Mr. Kuras has over 25 years of broad and extensive experience leading business operations, corporate governance, financing, quality control and product development functions in lifescience and medical device companies. Prior to IME, Mr. Kuras was the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of AxioMed Spine Corp (ASC), raising $70 million in venture funding. ASC was founded in 2001 based on the intellectual property involving unique designs for cervical and lumbar artificial spinal disc implants. Additionally, he has led strategic business and operational plans for the US, European, and Pacific Rim markets, also executing product development, clinical assessments (class 2b, ll & lll) and commercialization for the US and OUS markets. Mr. Kuras holds 14 medical device patents, and earned his BSAS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Youngstown State University.
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Guyuron is a senior business operations and legal team leader who has been involved with Innovative Medical Equipment (IME) since December of 2008. Mr. Guyuron has primary responsibility for IME’s legal, regulatory and manufacturing functions. He has led all strategic planning aspects for commercialization of IME’s products, including design & development, regulatory approvals, manufacturing, and quality control. He has established & managed a full Quality Management System and successfully executed ISO-13485 & CE mark certification processes. Mr. Guyuron earned his JD/MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and his B.S. in Finance & Marketing from Miami University. Mr. Guyuron is a member of the Illinois Bar.
Director of Sales
Mr. Craft is a Sales Executive that has been in the medical device field since 2000 and has over 20 years of sales experience focused on growing revenue and brand recognition. He joined the company in May 2013 as Sales Manager and is responsible for implementing the strategic expansion of the ThermaZone brand into new and existing markets.
Prior to IME, Mr. Craft worked for Verathon Medical as Director of Sales for the Acute Care Division. His division was responsible for generating over $90 million between the BladderScan and GlideScope product lines in both the ultrasound and laryngoscopy markets. Mr. Craft led a very talented sales team that averaged over 30% revenue growth during his tenure as Director. His experience and expertise in negotiation, sales force alignment and team leadership played a pivotal role in Verathon’s growth. Mr. Craft also prominently served as a Regional Manager and Sales Representative for Verathon prior to his role as Sales Director.
Mr. Craft has a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Marketing from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University and recently received his Executive MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Ms. Glancy is a creative Marketing Professional with 20 + years of experience in developing and executing product marketing plans, communications, branding, merchandising, and promotional strategies for world-class consumer packaged goods companies. Ms. Glancy has multi-channel marketing and product management experience. She began consulting for IME in 2010 and joined the company full-time in January of 2013.
Prior to joining IME, Ms. Glancy served as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Masco Cabinetry, Marketing & Merchandising Manager at Moen Inc., and Sales Communication Manager at Newell Rubbermaid Inc.
Ms. Glancy has an A.S in Specialized Technology with a Major in Visual Communications from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
Angela F. Seldon
Corporate Sales Representative
Angela joined the Innovative Medical Equipment team in the fall of 2016. She brings with her a vast array of career experiences, which include Medical Equipment Sales & Marketing; Directorships of Health Education, Allied Health Education and Community Relations departments; Instructor of basic medical education (medical terminology, anatomy & physiology) for health care training programs (medical assisting, medical transcription and pharmacy technology) and mathematics; Podiatric Medical Preceptor. Angela attended The Ohio State University (Columbus, OH) and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Public Relations. She also earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (Cleveland, OH). Angela is a Licensed Training Provider of First Aid /CPR/AED for the American Red Cross.
Kathy is an Accounting Professional with over 20 years of manufacturing, cost accounting, and inventory management experience. She joined the company in January 2016 and is responsible for all accounting functions at Innovative Medical Equipment. Kathy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, with majors in Accounting and Marketing.
Mr. Duong has been with the IME team since 2011. He joined the company after college as an intern and shortly after became a full-time employee as an Engineering Associate. His responsibilities include working with product development, research and development, quality control, verification, sourcing, and technical support. In line with quality control, Mr. Duong physically oversees production of the Thermazone at our manufacturing facility overseas. He ensures the quality of our products meets our highest standards before they reach our customers.
Mr. Duong has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Cleveland State University where he majored in Marketing and Business Management.
